Refund Policy

1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit goes toward the total session fee and confirms your reservation.

2. Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the Photographer cancels the session without rescheduling. Refunds may be issued at the Photographer’s discretion in exceptional cases, such as unavoidable cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Digital Product Refunds
Due to the digital nature of photography services and image delivery, once images have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

1. Client Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations made at least 3 days in advance, you may reschedule your session once without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice. A new session date must be arranged within 3 days of the original date. If rescheduling is needed due to weather or illness, the Photographer will work with you to arrange an alternative date.

3. Photographer Cancellations
If the Photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an option to reschedule or issue a full refund of any payments made.
